Chop all the ingredients in a large bowl and add oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper last. This is a barbeque chicken kebab recipe that goes well with the Argentine Green sauce.
For this recipe you will need the following ingredients: 4 boneless chicken thighs,1 lime, 2 red onions,1 spoon of Chicken Rub , a spice (prepared with 1 part of salt, 1 part of pepper, 1 part of curry, 1 part of garlic powder, 1 part of turmeric, 1 part of cumin and a tuft of rosemary), 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika,1 tablespoon of coriander, 250 grams of Greek yogurt and some Extra virgin olive oil.
First prepare the marinade by putting in a bowl the Greek yogurt, half lime juice, oil to taste, smoked paprika, coriander, and spice mix. Cut the chicken thighs into 4 pieces (with or without skin). Place the chicken in a bowl and cover well in the marinade. Leave this to sit for at least 4 hours (best 12 hours) in the fridge.
Take the marinated chicken out an hour before you are preparing them for the barbeque. Now place the chicken on a skewer, alternating an onion piece and a piece of chicken. Grille the chicken on the barbeque and make sure to turn the kebabs every 5 minutes until you feel the chicken is cooked to perfection.
